This Privacy Policy describes how Max: AI CRM Assistant ("the Extension"), developed by Run With Max, handles your information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, address, email, age, or identification numbers)
• Health information
• Financial or payment information
• Authentication credentials or passwords
• Personal communications
• Location data
• Web browsing history
• User activity (clicks, keystrokes, mouse movements)
• Website content from pages you visit

2. How the Extension Works

The Extension processes your voice commands locally using your browser's built-in Web Speech API. Commands are sent to a secure backend server solely to interpret your intent and execute the requested action in your GoHighLevel CRM account. No voice recordings are stored.

3. Data We Process

The Extension transmits the following data to our backend server for the sole purpose of executing your voice commands:

• Transcript text — the text of your voice command (e.g., "Send a text to John"), processed in real time and not stored.
• A session identifier — a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally in your browser to maintain your session. This ID does not identify you personally.
• User preferences — your companion selection (Rosie or Max) and language preference, stored locally on your device only.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates with:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — to execute CRM actions on your behalf using your own GHL account credentials configured in the backend.
• Anthropic Claude API — to interpret voice commands. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Extension's core functionality.

5. Data Storage

The Extension stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

• Your anonymous session ID
• Your companion preference
• Your language preference

This data never leaves your device except as described in Section 3.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data on our servers. Voice command transcripts are processed in memory and discarded immediately after execution.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
